For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, I charge a cancellation fee of AU$30.
For less than 2 hour’s notice, I charge a cancellation fee of AU$70. I make an exception if we are able to reschedule an appointment on the same day.
Under some circumstances, I won’t make a next appointment until I receive payment for the cancelled session.
Cancellation fees can be waived at my discretion.
